Hagerstown welcomes its new electronic overlords, red light cameras

Hagerstown began issuing $75 tickets yesterday based on the findings from its shiny new red-light cameras. The cameras are installed on Potomac Street and Wilson Boulevard and Virginia Avenue and Burhans Boulevard. I’m actually happy about this.
