Funko, makers of collectible vinyl figures with large bulbus heads, is taking pre-orders for an exclusive JuJu Watkins Pop figure. It features the USC Trojans star in her white home jersey.

What makes this Funko Pop an exclusive?
What makes this Funko Pop an exclusive? This exact version can only be purchased from the Funko store. My guess is Funko is planning on making a different version wearing a cardinal red and gold uniform that will not be exclusive to any one single retailer.
If you want to buy the exclusive white jersey JuJu Watkins Pop figure, it will cost you $20. Exclusive Funko Pop figures have always been $15. Why is this one more expensive?

In my opinion, this is dumb. I know there are fake Funko Pop figures out there, but this anti-counterfeit technology only applies to the box, not the figure itself. Personally, I’d rather pay $15 for the figure without the anti-counterfeit technology added to the box. Since this figure is only available from the official Funko shop, the chances of receiving a knock-off JuJu Watkis from them seems highly unlikely.
