These billboards started appearing around Hagerstown, Spread Love Not Syphilis! I wasn’t aware there was a problem in Washington County with pregnant women having syphilis. Then again, I would have no reason to know about it if it was a problem.
YouTube personality Tim Pool now lives here in Washington County. Maybe the phenomenon of pregnant women with syphilis is connected to him living here. Correlation and causation?
