Here’s the full redacted transcript of the infamous phone call between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. I’m publishing it without commentary.

  1. I’m sorry but I don’t buy in to the hoax of quid pro quo. I think the Democrats are grasping at straws in hopes that something will stick to Trump. I wish they’d get over it and get back to the country’s business instead of these wasteful trials. I didn’t appreciate the way Obama was running (ruining) the country and hated that the Republicans in Congress weren’t getting anything done. Why can’t we all just get along?!

    1. I think it’s a colossal waste of time. The American people voted Trump into the White House. If my fellow Democrats — I just changed my party affiliation back to Democrat so I can vote for Andrew Yang — want Trump out of office, there’s an election less than a year from now.

What I think is the most interesting about this whole mess is when they describe it as withholding “aid” to Ukraine. It wasn’t aid, it was weapons. Javelin missiles to a country fighting a gray war with the old Soviet Union. Historically, when has it ever worked out well for us when we’ve given weapons to anyone fighting the Soviets?

      Never that’s when.

People should be angry the United States is giving weapons to a country that is not the United States or one of our allies. I wish it was a real quid pro quo. Ukraine didn’t reopen investigations on Burisma, so that meant Ukraine didn’t get our weapons. That would be a win for the American people.
