Lockerbie Bomber is finally dead

Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, the former Libyan intelligence officer and the only person ever convicted for the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, is dead. He was 60.

He succumbed to prostate cancer. Unfortunately, he died in his own bed surrounded by his loving family in his posh Tripoli villa. He had been rotting in a Scottish prison, but in 2009, was allowed to leave and return home to Libya to a hero’s welcome because according to doctors, he had only three months to live. Two years later, he finally did the world a massive favor and stopped breathing our air.

Al-Megrahi didn’t deserve to die from prostate cancer. That’s how Robert Frost and Frank Zappa died. Al-Megrahi deserved to die like all other terrorist scum deserve to die, by Hellfire missile.
