Black Columbia professor punches white woman in the face
Lionel McIntyre, 59, an architecture professor at Columbia University was in a Harlem bar with other Columbia University employees when the topic of discussion turned to “white privilege,” the theory that people who are white enjoy certain privileges that non-white people do not enjoy. The discussion became heated when McIntyre, who is black, shoved and then punched Camille Davis, who is white, in the face.
Camille Davis is a woman who works at Columbia University as a production manager in the school’s theater department.
I’m not expert in the art of debate, but I have to believe that when you feel the need to punch a woman in the face, you have lost the debate.
This is not how you successfully win an argument on race relations. In fact, an incident such as this only hurts race relations. Something like this only supports the negative stereotype that black men are overly violent and cannot control themselves. If a successful professor from one of the country’s most respected schools cannot control himself from attacking a woman, who can?
Lionel McIntyre is an ass.
