Funniest thing I’ve seen all year

Senator John Ensign (R-NV) appeared on CNN to talk to Rick Sanchez about radical Islamic terrorists and health care reform and instead he gets grilled about his recent extramarital affair with a former female staffer and the cushy lobbyist job given to Doug Hampton, the staffer’s husband who was also a former Ensign staffer. Of course Ensign refuses to answer any of Sanchez’s questions because, well, Nevada has an unemployment rate of 12%.

Huh?

It’s worth watching for no other reason than to see the look on Ensign’s face when he realizes that he cannot just talk about how Barack Obama is making us all unsafe because he refuses to fight a war against radical Islamic terrorists like George W. Bush did. At one point in the interview, Ensign even begins to stutter.

It’s also important to note that during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, Senator John Ensign was calling for President Bill Clinton to resign. In Ensign’s defense, he is a raging hypocrite and at no time did he expect to be held to the same standards that he applied to others.

Sharon Osbourne is a hypocrite

Sharon Osbourne, a woman famous for being the wife of Ozzy Osbourne, got some attention last week after she went on The Opie and Anthony Show on Sirius XM Radio and made cracks about Susan Boyle, the Scottish woman made famous for singing on I Dreamed a Dream on Britain’s Got Talent.

Susan Boyle is not what you would call a beautiful woman. Perhaps that’s an understatement.

Sharon Osbourne couldn’t resist the low hanging fruit when it came to Susan Boyle’s appearance. This was after Osbourne gave Boyle a standing ovation after she sang on America’s Got Talent, where Osbourne serves as a judge, a position her earned, well, because she’s married to the man that sang Crazy Train some 29 years ago.

Sharon Osbourne is a hypocrite. She can dish it out, but she cannot take it. She made news earlier this year after she threw a drink in Megan Hauserman’s face, a former Playboy Playmate. They were both on MTV discussing Rock Of Love Charm School, a reality show they both had been on. Evidently Sharon Osbourne was the host of the show and Hauserman was a contestant.

When Megan Hauserman talked about having her dog spayed so that it couldn’t have puppies, Sharon Osbourne interjected that she too should go have a similar operation so she would not be able to reproduce. Hauserman responded to this by saying that Sharon Osbourne was only famous because she was married to a brain dead rock star.

Not only did Sharon Osbourne throw the drink, she grabbed and pulled at Hauserman’s hair. Once again, Sharon Osbourne can dish it out, she just cannot take it.

Don Murphy: “Alan Moore is a hypocrite and a liar”

alan-moore
Don Murphy, Hollywood producer behind films such as The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, From Hell, and Transformers has a few choice words for comic book master scribe Alan Moore. Both From Hell and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen were films based on Alan Moore comics.

From AV Club:

Alan Moore is a hypocrite and a liar.
–He took a million dollars from Fox for League- he did not HAVE to do so
–He claims that he never saw League so why does he get to comment on the merits of it? YOU can say what you want to- but he never saw it
–He has made over $3 million dollars on the increased sales of the Watchmen hardcover due to the film- he isn’t returning that money
–He sold the rights to Watchmen in 1988
–He attacked V for Vendetta back when it came out- after he had sold those rights
He is an old man who smokes too much hash and prays to a lizard god. Don’t buy his bullshit.

I nearly spit hot tea all over my monitor when I read that last line.

Murphy does have a point. Moore has made a massive amount of money from the movies he supposedly hates so much.  Movies he claims he’s never watched.

Joe Gibbs Racing cheated and will face santions

Former Redskins coach Joe Gibbs liked to make a big deal about “personal character” when it came to Redskins players.  How ironic then that NASCAR is coming down with sanctions against his racing team because they attempted to alter the outcome of a chassis dyno test.

They cheated.

When Redskins safety Sean Taylor (since deceased) was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, Gibbs immediately jumped at the chance to grandstand.  He immediately suspended Taylor for one game and spoke to reporters saying that character was important to the team and that “you don’t ever want this on the team”.

I never was sure what “this” he was referring to.  An innocent man?

Taylor was later cleared of all charges. A judge ruled after viewing the video of the traffic stop and the field sobriety test that Taylor showed no signs of intoxication and in fact passed the test.

Sean Taylor was innocent.

Joe Gibbs suspended an innocent man. Instead of allowing the judicial system decide Taylor’s guilt or innocence, Gibbs immediately suspended him and then grandstanded about it to reporters.

The only thing worse then a cheater is a hypocrite.  In Gibbs’ case, he’s both.

Leader of the National Association of Evangelicals kills two birds with one stone by buying methamphetamine from his gay prostitute

Ted Haggard, a gay marriage hating preacher-man that occasionally participated in White House conference calls, resigned as president of the National Association of Evangelicals and head of his Colorado church following allegations he met monthly with a gay prostitute for three years.

Paster Haggard denies having sex with the man, but admits receiving a massage and buying methamphetamine.

This guy was a heavy hitter in the evangelical movement. When he wasn’t meeting secretly with his gay male prostitute taking methamphetamine, he was meeting with George W. Bush plotting their right-wing battle against gay rights.

Ted Haggard is a fake and a fraud. I’m sure there are many people in his mega-church that will refuse to believe that their gay hating paster is in fact a drug taking, homosexual hypocrite.
