I guess Rush Limbaugh sat down with Sean Hannity and the two talked about how bad things are now that we have a socialist from radical Islamic jungles of Hawaii as our president. Rush reportedly said that he hopes president Obama fails. He also made some kind of weird reference to bending over and being sodomized.
I don’t really understand the reference, but I don’t watch Fox News.
When I saw the clip on the news, I was surprised just how bad Rush Limbaugh looked. He looks unhealthy. He looks puffy and pasty. He looked much better when he was an out of control drug addict. Maybe he should go back to inhaling Oxycontin and Vicodin like it’s Pez candy. Sure, his drug addicted resulting in his loss of his hearing, but at least he looked halfway human.
He looks really bad. This should be Rush’s golden time. Instead of having to spend his three hours a day on the radio excusing the blunders of George W. Bush, he’s got a charasmatic black liberial president to set his sights on.
Rush needs to turn that frown upside down and maybe get a little Sun. He lives in Florida, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at his pasty face.

/ January 24, 2009Rush does look pretty awful in that picture, but then again I’ve heard and read him say repeatedly over the last few years that he refuses to exercise in order to lose weight and get healthy. From the look of him up there, getting out to take a walk around his palatial estate a few days a week wouldn’t be such a bad idea.
And am I the only one sick of hosts like Hannity and Limbaugh declaring themselves to be rebels waging some war against the establishment for the soul of their party, and their country? In that interview Limbaugh gripes about others pulling the party to the left, that the problem is Republicans aren’t conservative enough; Hannity declares every day on his radio show that he is the leader of “conservatism in exile,” and said the other day that the liberals have “stormed the gates” of government. Excuse me, but McCain got almost 60 million votes a few months ago. Conservative demagogues like Hannity, Rush, and (God help us all) Glenn Beck attract huge audiences on the radio and television. Conservatives trying to cop victimhood like some persecuted minority is about as realistic as white Christian males crowing about being discriminated against because every once in awhile a black guy will get a job a white guy applied for.
And as for storming the gates, Obama and every other member of the executive and legislative branches was democratically elected by the people of the United States. There was no storming of the gates. There was no coup. There was an election, and Hannity and Rush lost. All I’ve heard from them since has been sour grapes.

/ January 24, 2009I guess playing the victimized minority is the shtick they will all be playing for at least the next two years. While I think Hannity and Beck are hacks, I actually have a lot of respect for Limbaugh’s radio skills. He is truly a gifted radio personality. Now I don’t agree with him on almost anything, but I can both recognize and respect his ability. The man is truly a phenomenal radio talk show host.
With that said, it’s been a long time since I’ve heard Rush. I only listen to satellite radio and he isn’t on Sirius XM. Hannity is. He’s just awful. Not only in the crap he says, but just the way he does his show. Plus, he’s dumb.
Rush just doesn’t look well.
