Not that I really know how intense 1,000 suns are, but I can imagine. I’m just getting tired of dicking with WordPress.
Yesterday I had a problem that resulted with nothing but the header image loading. I ended up fixing it be reloading WordPress 2.5. So far, so good. I would like to upgrade to the latest build of WordPress, version 2.5.1, but when I do just that, the RSS feed to my blog dies. Why? Who knows. I’ve read on the WordPress forums about other people having the same problem, but I haven’t read anything that solves the problem. It’s just another one of those WordPress “mysteries”.
This morning I was trying to clean up my draft posts. I have 38 blog posts that I started to write and for whatever reason, didn’t finish. I would like to delete them. The problem is what I select the “Delete” button that corresponds to the post I want to get rid off, the request simply times out.
We are heading out for a much deserved vacation tomorrow to the land of my people, southern California. When we return next week, I plan on making some changes here. I’m either going to archive this blog and start anew with either the ever popular Blogspot blogging platform or I will install MovableType and try to import the over 500 posts I have already blogged using WordPress.

I don’t know why you are having so many problem with Wordpress. I run mine on Wordpress and haven’t had any issues. I’ve had problems with the host, but that got worked out. I’ve never Wordpress cause me problems though.
Did you upgrade to 2.5.1? I’m not running it now, but it killed my RSS feed both of the times I tried to upgrade.
I think part of the problem is that no two people have the same WP install running. When you factor in things like different themes and plugins, along with the database running on the server, no two installations are ever the same.
The problem very well may be GoDaddy. As soon as my one year is up, I’m switching to another server.
According to me word press should not trouble you as I am a regular user of it since an year. I haven’t come across any problem till now.
