But I do know one when I see one, Mark.

You do realize that you are the one that took offense to what was said even though it was simply the opinion of one person. Talk about thin-skinned.

Mark, I think you put it best when you said “Whatever…I guess you can’t please everyone.” One person is allowed to like something that you don’t and vice versa.

Geez guys, I realized that my post saying I was going to get the Starman Omnibus was provocative. I also realized there was a possibility it would create some controversy. I just didn’t realize that it would result in a massive flame war. I’m just glad that you guys could work it out.

I never said people who read Starman are boring. I read it myself, which you don’t need to rely on subatomic parsing to ascertain. Relax, DJ. If we’re going to get into the subatomic parsing of implied insults, I suppose I could also take offense at your implication that I’m “boring” for liking a “boring” series like Starman.
